Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros There are zero pros to using ANS. I cannot stress enough how much you should not use this service. I am an IT Director at a SME. Cons I advised the company 2 years ago that I did not want to continue with their service. They applied a contract for 2 years from 2023-2025. Out of good faith I continued to use the service and found the customer service poor. However, the account management is a disgrace. I then sent an email to their accountmanagement team (replying to a conversation about cancelling the service). It was received. It was not actioned. Then I received a bill after the end of my contract. I advised them that I had cancelled the service, in writing 2 months ago. They then said that my contract would apply for another year. It will not. I am beyond disgusted by this. It is dishonest. It is not the way business should be done. Do not go to ANS. There are reputable hosting companies out there. This is not one of them.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I used the dedicated hosting services offered by Solar Communications, and they worked out alright. When I encountered technical problems in the past, their 24/7 customer service was helpful, although occasionally took a bit to react. Overall, Solar Communications is a respectable web host that offers excellent customer support. Satisfied with the service, the speed of customer service.Totally confident in Solar data security. Cons The price of the treatment seemed a bit excessive, but I applied a discount coupon in time! A bit expensive, but that makes sense according to service quality.
