Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros There are zero pros to using ANS. I cannot stress enough how much you should not use this service. I am an IT Director at a SME. Cons I advised the company 2 years ago that I did not want to continue with their service. They applied a contract for 2 years from 2023-2025. Out of good faith I continued to use the service and found the customer service poor. However, the account management is a disgrace. I then sent an email to their accountmanagement team (replying to a conversation about cancelling the service). It was received. It was not actioned. Then I received a bill after the end of my contract. I advised them that I had cancelled the service, in writing 2 months ago. They then said that my contract would apply for another year. It will not. I am beyond disgusted by this. It is dishonest. It is not the way business should be done. Do not go to ANS. There are reputable hosting companies out there. This is not one of them.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The price is nice and they don't try to sell you what you don't need. Their customer service, billing, and sales are pleasant and professional. Nothing, honestly. They are relatively cheap I guess, but you pay in wasted time, lost data, and egregious billing errors. Cons Customer service is strictly a ticket system. Which isn't bad. They've been getting better. Patmos double-billed me for service and fought issuing a refund, lost all of the data on my VMs, support is unhelpful and slow to respond, the user portal site is broken. I really have nothing good to say about Patmos.
