Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros There are zero pros to using ANS. I cannot stress enough how much you should not use this service. I am an IT Director at a SME. Cons I advised the company 2 years ago that I did not want to continue with their service. They applied a contract for 2 years from 2023-2025. Out of good faith I continued to use the service and found the customer service poor. However, the account management is a disgrace. I then sent an email to their accountmanagement team (replying to a conversation about cancelling the service). It was received. It was not actioned. Then I received a bill after the end of my contract. I advised them that I had cancelled the service, in writing 2 months ago. They then said that my contract would apply for another year. It will not. I am beyond disgusted by this. It is dishonest. It is not the way business should be done. Do not go to ANS. There are reputable hosting companies out there. This is not one of them.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I've been using OVHcloud in the US and SoYouStart (also OVH) in Canada for many years. Their network is reliable, their communication is excellent, their portal does what it needs to do, you can often get OOB access to the terminal to your dedicated server, and I usually get what I need from their customer service phone or email support. Cons Their policy and responsiveness to shutting down bad actors which cause their IPs to get regularly blacklisted sucks. IPv6 has solved this mostly, but for IPv4 it still is not great.
