It supports self-service for password resets, group self-service, and synchronized password resets across AD, Azure AD, Office 365, and other cloud apps. The inclusion of multi-factor authentication adds a strong security layer to self-service workflows. Customizable workflows and intuitive user portals make adoption simple for end users. Built-in reporting helps track usage, self-service events, and user activity for compliance and audit purposes. ADSelfService Plus enables users to reset passwords and unlock accounts without IT help. It reduces helpdesk workload and enhances user productivity. Supports multi-factor authentication (MFA) and self-update of user profiles. Improves security and compliance with detailed audit trails and alerts.		Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The admin side is easy to use and set up new users. The users sync easily across all the systems. We can set specific groups of computers and users to more easily active new users across multiple systems. SSO is also a great feature. You can also set policies for systems which allows admins to block certain features they don't want accessed. Cons When we first started some of the policy features were not available. Also sometimes adding someone as an admin on their system temporarily, it doesn't work correctly.
