3DimViewer is a lightweight, open source software application designed for the visualization of medical DICOM images. Built using modern 3D graphics technologies, it allows for fast and interactive 3D visualization of medical data. It supports multiplanar reconstruction (MPR), volume rendering, and 3D surface rendering, making it useful for a variety of clinical and research applications. 3DimViewer includes basic tools for image navigation, such as zoom, pan, window/level adjustments, and measuring distances. It allows users to inspect DICOM metadata and provides a simple, user-friendly interface.
