About
3DimViewer is a lightweight, open source software application designed for the visualization of medical DICOM images. Built using modern 3D graphics technologies, it allows for fast and interactive 3D visualization of medical data. It supports multiplanar reconstruction (MPR), volume rendering, and 3D surface rendering, making it useful for a variety of clinical and research applications. 3DimViewer includes basic tools for image navigation, such as zoom, pan, window/level adjustments, and measuring distances. It allows users to inspect DICOM metadata and provides a simple, user-friendly interface. It can read DICOM image data from local disks or removable media and does not require installation, as it is distributed as a standalone executable for Windows and macOS. 3DimViewer is intended to be an accessible tool for students, researchers, and professionals who need a fast and simple way to view 3D medical imaging data.

About
Saga DICOM Viewer is a free, browser-based DICOM viewer for opening .dcm files without installing software. Drag a file or a study folder into the page and the images render locally; nothing is uploaded and no account is needed. It runs on Mac, Windows, Chromebook and Linux in any current browser.
Built on the open-source OHIF v3 platform with a Saga shell. Alongside image review (scroll, window/level, pan/zoom and basic measurements), it includes a DICOM tag browser and tag editor with VR-aware validation and save-as, a conformance validator that checks loaded files against the NEMA PS3 standard and links each issue to its spec section, and a launcher for opening public studies from the OHIF demo dataset or NCI Imaging Data Commons, or connecting to a DICOMweb server.
For integration engineers, researchers, students and clinicians who need to open or check a DICOM file quickly. Not for diagnostic use. Made by Saga IT, a healthcare IT consulting and software firm.
