Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros We have found the software to be: - fast - stable application There are really no other pros that we have been able to find. Cons We have found issues with the software to be: - outdated, clunky interface - Many real-world gaps in functionality, that the company has not fixed after years of knowing about them - lack of customization - UI is buggy, and does not render properly on high resolution 4K monitors, or even HD monitors We have found issues with support to be: - They blame Microsoft for their GUI rendering issues. windows 10 has been out since 2016, and 3D is still blaming Microsoft for scaling problems associated with the 3D software. - The software restricts you from exporting backups to a local Dropbox directory. - The support group provides work-arounds using MSSQL queries, instead of just saying that the software does not provide simple functionality that should be there in the first place. - This product does not work right on Windows 10, even 5 years after the OS release
