Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Having WhatsApp, email, Telegram, web widget, and voice all routed through one AI layer means customers get consistent answers no matter how they reach out. The "AI employee" model, each channel rep has its own skills, memory, and judgment on when to hand off to a human, cuts down on repetitive replies without losing the personal touch. The Chief-of-Staff feature is a nice touch too, surfacing only what actually needs my attention instead of me babysitting every chat. Credit-based pricing (no forced subscription) is also a big plus if your volume fluctuates month to month. Cons Multi-user dashboard access isn't available yet, so only one login per workspace right now, which is a bit limiting for teams. Voice and SMS channels are currently restricted for businesses billing in USD/GBP/EUR. WhatsApp onboarding can also hit approval snags for brand-new business accounts with no prior setup — worth going in patient on that step.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I recently started using Agentforce, and I can honestly say it’s been a game-changer for my sales process. As someone relatively new to Salesforce tools, I wasn’t sure what to expect—but Agentforce made everything incredibly intuitive right from the start. The platform is lightning-fast, and the AI-powered tools help me prioritize leads, craft responses, and track opportunities way more efficiently than before. Cons Haven't come across any issues yet. So far it's been an A+ experience.
