Extends ZLIB to use CFile, CMemFile, and CArchive MFC. On-the-fly compression of very large SVG and XML documents into SVGZ. Includes GZIP Magic Header support so Files can be read with WinZip. See RFCs 1950 (zlib), 1951 (deflate), and 1952 (gzip).
