- Extra product description fields tailored for books
- Extra database tables for authors, publishers, genres and some other book related data
- Separate listings for authors, series, publishers, imprints, genres
- Filtering of products based on author, publisher, genre etc. (same as above)
- Extra product attributes also displayed in "product listing" views, e.g. search results
- Conversion of existing products in shop system to product type book
- Completely configurable via ZenCart admin backend and CSS
- Cross references to "books by same author"
- Very little modification to ZenCart core files necessary
- Selection of New and Upcoming products based on publishing date
