A simple Gmail Notifier for GNU/Linux systems, written in Bash Script language. YakiMail needs "libnotify-bin" and "curl" packages. To install YakiMail download the ".sh" installer and run it from a terminal.
Features
- YakiMail shows how many emails haven't been readed yet and an extract of the last unread email.
- It uses the system notification, so it's 100% integrated with your desktop.
- Runs in background, like a system daemon. It's invisible.
- YakiMail automatically runs when you log in.
- To uninstall it, open a terminal and run 'yakimail-uninstall' as root.
- 'yakimail-close', 'yakimail-pause' and 'yakimail-continue' commands are added to your system, in order to close, pause or continue YakiMail running.
