xt (1.2-0) stable; urgency=low

  * added svg detection external to imhdr
  * updated locale picker to have all locales, enable/disable as needed
  * updated _locale table, previous table is no longer supported
  * updated createUsers.sql,removed alter privileges for _locale
  * updated the _doc table to reflect the xt specific changes
  * updated the 'required' tables under doc/examples/exampleDB
  * updated css for all themes, small tweeks
