    Nicely documented deployment steps. Worked like a charm for me running this with the DITA OT that ships with XMetaL Author Enterprise.

    The highlight provided by xslthl has been one of the WOW features for my dita documentation generation. (the DITA OT plugin using XSLTHL is found at http://bitbucket.org/qwcode/dita.ot.plugins.highlight-pdf/wiki/Home ) Thanks a lot for the great project. -Igor Lino
