XR-Elisa is a lightweight, high-performance desktop music player and audio library manager developed for the Xray OS ecosystem, crafted in modern C++20 and Qt 6 (QML) for Linux. (*Note: XR-Elisa is an independent project and is not affiliated with or based on KDE's Elisa*).
Powered by GStreamer 1.0, TagLib 2.x, and SQLite 3, it combines the fast, playlist-centric workflow of classic players with sleek desktop integration. It features a flexible 3-pane layout with hierarchical library browsing, multi-tab playlists, real-time VU meters, and a Vivaldi-inspired instant search palette (Ctrl+K).
With full MPRIS2 DBus control, dynamic tray progress rendering, global shortcuts, and theme-aware icon adaptation, XR-Elisa delivers a responsive, distraction-free listening experience for your local music collection.
