XOR encryption software for Windows. Generates random key files which it then uses to mimic the One-Time Pad encryption technique.

Distributed together with RandFileGen, a program that can generate random files of any size and is extensible by plugins.

Uses the Microsoft CryptoAPI to generate the key files.
