This programme works witht he hotkey control+\ to minimize/restore the windows that are on the same monitor as the window that has focus. ie : you can keep a webpage open on monitor 2 wilst showing the desktop on your work monitor 1. The programme lives in the system tray and can be added to shell:startup.
