Works and MORE stable than XAMPP - has all the features I REQUIRE for db and such and has port resolution i switched to XAMPP-Lite cuz XAMPP used to stop working randomly and even crashing outright causing to lose db that i created.

Apache is constantly conflicting with ports and repeatedly changing them every few seconds. This results in regular corruption of my project database. Windows does not use ports 80 and 443 anywhere else, except in XAMPP Lite. Uninstalled.

Very fast and newest php-versions. Just : I was using it for development of TypesetterCms - on Xampp 8.2 Html Tidy was available : tidy in php.ini activated. With the same entry in Xampp-Lite 8.3 and 8.4 the Cms hangs : Content-Encoding-Error. I post this here because i cannot reach the developer otherwise (sorry).
