The newest setup file (wxFormBuilder v3.8.1 or above) is in the GitHub Releases of the link as mentioned above . THE GOOGLE HAS SEARCHED THE OLD SITE (wxFormBuilder v.3.5)!!!!

Excellent Rapid App Dev (RAD) software for wxPython GUI's. I hope to see this made available on mobile devices (Android and iOS) soon.
