"./simulator" to run

Results are stored in Results/ directory

Initialization occurs every time the program is called. The initilized
network information is stored in Initilize/ directory. All the nodes are
totally randomized.

.ps files are stored in Results/ and Initialize/ directory. Use the "gv"
command to view them.
