  - (double pass) Fixed issue
  - (double pass) Improved
    Saturating the values (forcing numbers in the target range) in the 
    SRD algorithm is now switched off during the double pass processing.
    This task is performed by the second pass (scaling). This keeps the exact
    results at the peak levels. When the sample rate is quadrupled, the 2nd SRD
    can continue to calculate with the untouched values.
  - Setup generator framework changed to INNO-Setup
