As meaningful stimuli are perceived by the human brain, the pupil reacts and changes in size. This project is dedicated to provide research tools to analyze and study the size of the pupil. Our goal is to extract high temporal resolution information from the slow pupillary response. The initial research paper and original source code of the pupil dilation deconvolution method can be found in the paper of Wierda, Van Rijn, Taatgen, and Martens published in the scientific journal PNAS 2012. The paper can be found here: http://www.pnas.org/content/early/2012/05/10/1201858109.abstract or at the homepage of the first author.
