PHP Forms v1.0 beta is an extension written in C/C++ based on jQuery EasyUI to put together a number of basic controls that are normally needed to build as quickly as possible a fully interactive application in just a few steps.

Our site itself has been made using PHP Forms. You can login using test/password for a test drive

Copy the module into the modules folder on your php server and add the relevant php ini entries

Use of this utility is free for personal use.

Just register on our site and you will receive a registration code in your inbox (or check your junk mail if not received within minutes). Once you have received our email add to your php.ini the following lines:
php_forms.user=<name you entered here>
php_forms.key=<registration code>
