War FTP Daemon Engine download

The aim is to deliver a generic C++ class library for FTP server implementations, including a full-featured, mature FTP server.

A completely new implementation of the FTP server library based on C++14 was released in the end of December 2014. This implementation is licensed under GNU LGPL 3.
