Wheefun Container Structures

This library is meant as a fundamental library to be used provide generic implementations of many types of data structures such as trees, lists, and hashmaps. These are used so frequently that they often find themselves reimplemented, even when this may be extremely time consuming. By including this as a dependency, much of that work can be avoided.
