Wolfenstein: ET ServerInfo Tool

W:ET serverinfo, serverstats and masterserver information via cmdline. 3 options are possible:

1) getservers: retrieve masterserver information
Usage: getservers <ip> <port> <protocol>

2) getinfo: retrieve a small info package about a server
Usage: getinfo <ip> <port>

3) getstatus: retrieve serverinfo and settings
Usage: getstatus <ip> <port>

Note: wetsi-0.9-beta1-win32 in the download section is currently work in progress. A simple snapshot, which provides already all the functionality needed, but there are some small things which need to be fixed soon, e.g. tabbing out of the programm with STRG+C when issuing a getservers request or sending a request to wrong port/ip.
