Workflow tools for game masters preparing adventures and campaigns for virtual tabletops (VTT). Whatever can be scripted is scripted; AI is used only for the creative work.
The workflow:
1. Back up the world from the production VTT
2. Unpacking into the content repository
3. Plan scenes as short work packages in keywords (goal, turning points, NPCs, sensory impressions, adjustable difficulty, alternative solutions) optionally with AI coding agent such as opencode
4. An AI coding agent or an LLM server writes them out as ready-to-import VTT documents
5. Acceptance test on a staging VTT
6. Import into production and play
Packages move through status folders in the content repo, tracked by Subversion, Git or none. Configuration lives there too, so everyone follows the same workflow.
Supported: Foundry VTT on Linux; other platforms best effort. Requires Python, the Foundry CLI and an OpenAI-ready agent or a llama.cpp server.
