Very Simple Interface Monitoring Daemon download

Vsimd is a daemon which provides ICMP-ECHO-based infrastructure on top
of which monitoring tools can be built. It periodicaly sends ICMP ECHO
requests to some internet hosts, collects the replies, and then
reports the result as text output.
