This script uses AutoHotKey to batch export STORM files form NIS Elements STORM module in .txt molecule lists, as this is currently not supported in the STORM module. Using this requires the following softwares (free for academic use) installed on your computer: Python 2.7, AutoHotKey Use: Copy the script (Export_STORMdata.py) to the folder containing the .bin files you need to export Run the script (using a search key that only includes STORM molecule lists in .bin format). Open the STORM module in NIS and set the active working directory by opening any of the .bin files Press Ctrl+r to start export Don't interact with the computer until the export has finished (don't switch windows) Press Esc at any time to abort the script NB Some of the controls are clicked by the script based on button position, so the required coordinates and steps may change upon future releases. The current version is intended for STORM module 4.1
