Properties Viewer

A properties viewer software, also known as a file properties viewer or metadata viewer, is a tool that allows users to view and analyze the properties and metadata of a Video files. These software applications provide detailed information about various attributes of Video files

General Attributes:

  • File Size:

    Indicates the size of the multimedia file on disk, measured in bytes, kilobytes (KB), megabytes (MB), or gigabytes (GB).

  • Duration:

    Specifies the total duration of the multimedia file, combining both audio and video components, usually represented in hours, minutes, and seconds.

  • Metadata:

    Refers to additional descriptive information associated with the multimedia file, such as title, author, description, tags, and creation date.

Audio Attributes:

  • Format:

    Specifies the audio file format, such as MP3, WAV, AAC, or FLAC.

  • Bitrate:

    Indicates the amount of data used to represent the audio per unit of time, usually measured in kilobits per second (kbps) or megabits per second (Mbps).

  • Sample Rate:

    Represents the number of samples of audio carried per second, measured in Hertz (Hz). Common sample rates include 44.1 kHz and 48 kHz.

  • Channels:

    Specifies the number of audio channels, such as mono (1 channel) or stereo (2 channels).

Video Attributes:

  • Format:

    Describes the video file format, such as MP4, AVI, MKV, or MOV.

  • Resolution:

    Indicates the dimensions of the video in terms of pixels, usually represented as width x height (e.g., 1920x1080).

  • Aspect Ratio:

    Represents the ratio of the video's width to its height, determining the visual proportions of the video.

  • Frame Rate:

    Specifies the number of frames per second (fps) displayed in the video, influencing the smoothness of motion.

  • Bitrate:

Installation

  1. System Requirements:

    Ensure that your operating system meets the minimum requirements is Windows 8 Operating Systems above the Windows operating System versions

  1. Installation Wizard:

    Run the installation wizard and Double Click to install the software.

  2. Launch:

    Once the installation is complete, launch the Properties Viewer.
