Vanator-CVR

Vanator (Virus Alignment, de Novo Assembly and Taxonomy On Reads) is a Perl pipeline utilising a large variety of common alignment, assembly and analysis tools to assess the metagenomic profiles of Illumina deep sequencing samples.
