订阅分组功能

  1. 订阅设置扩展为订阅分组设置，当订阅网址为空时即为普通分组
  2. 配置文件界面菜单增加过滤功能，可按订阅分组过滤
  3. 选择订阅分组后，新增节点即属于此分组

  4. 可按配置文件别名关键字过滤
