A package of java classes for the implementation of the UTASTAR algorithm.

includes a SIMPLEX java class
now completes the sensitivity analysis and creates appropriate output
from v1.6 and up a main class named "UTASTARinJava.java" will be included. This should help with understanding the code until an appropriate user's guide has been written.
