Nut: Nut was the goddess of the sky, specifically the night sky in Egyptian mythology. She was the star spangled darkness that you saw when you looked up. With her consort Geb, the earth, they had many many children and an unending love affair, even after the original creator of all, Amun decreed that they should be separated by his children, Shu and Tefnut or Air and moisture/water respectively. There is little evidence that this goddess was worshipped as regularly as other deities by a lack of temples strictly devoted to her, however, it's not completely out of the realm to see her name in poetry and thought during modern times.
