URL Creator

Create shortcuts to web pages, programs with parameters and icons etc.
It can create *.lnk, *.url (any web browser) and *.website (IE9-IE11) shortcuts.

The primary idea was to have a tool for technicians, to create shortcuts to the web-based control panels of diverse devices (modems, network equipment, devices like chillers, air-condition systems, fire-protection systems, emergency lighting systems etc.), but it can be used to create a custom shortcuts to any kind of we page or program.
It can use icons from graphics, resources from EXE and DLL files, favicon from websites...
