Fastest UML tool out there. Easy to build UML diagrams quickly and make them look the way you want. Works with any language or technology. Many UML tools are constrained to a specific language.

The best UML tool I have ever used. The main advantage to me: it does not want to enforce development practices. It is a policy free graphical tool that is easy to use. So far I did not see any bugs in it (undo works unlike in commercial products). I'd recommend this over any commercial ones that I have tried (Old Rational Rose, Enterprise Architect).

UMLet is one of the best UML tools I have used. I am not sure whether my experience with UML tools is sufficient, but UMLet certainly served me well.
