eAFYA Integration
Stock Management Integration
This integration focuses on integrating UgandaEMR with the eAFYA system at a stock level. Users in UgandaEMR can requisition stock from eAFYA and receive it when issued by the system.
Exchange of Prescriptions
This allows selected or all patient prescriptions from UgandaEMR to be sent to eAFYA for dispensing purposes.
Automatic Upgrade of UgandaEMR
UgandaEMR can now be auto-updated via the Internet with a simple button click. Upgrade options include: - Forms & Concepts - Frontend Only - Modules Upgrade - Full Upgrade (combines all the above)
This will save time, reduce implementation costs, and improve the turnaround time for new features.
Update to Tools 2024
UgandaEMR has been updated to cater to key 2024 tools. This includes the introduction of new variables with a focus on user experience.
Clinical Views (Care Programs)
A new way to navigate patient care data has been introduced. Privileged clinicians for specific programs (HIV, TB, EID, etc.) can now access relevant data while maintaining confidentiality from other clinicians.
Manual Execution of Exchange Tasks
System admins can now manually execute data exchange tasks (e.g., ART Access, Data Warehouse replication, Viral Load HIE) for better control and reliability.
Improvements
- ART Access now works with SPA and includes TB and NCD data.
- Patient Queues have been bug-fixed and optimized for faster loading.
- Viral Load Exchange has been stabilized for smoother operation.
- ART Access Synchronization now includes medications, dispensing records, allergies, conditions, and more.
- Moved HIV and TB panels into the clinical view summary.
