Usage:

elevate.exe command [param1] [param2] ...

Place elevate.exe in your system path. Then, you can prepend any command with
elevate and it will request UAC elevatation. If the command returns return code,
then it will be passed through (accessible via %errorlevel%).

This utility was compiled with Bambalam 1.2.1 and therefore includes a PHP 4.4
runtime. 

The contents of elevate.php in the resource fork of elevate.exe are 
released into the public domain.

The PHP runtime is Copyright (c) 2006 The PHP Group.

Redistribution is pursuant to the PHP license included in license.txt.
