txtspeech: A Text to Speech Application download

txtspeech is a Windows only Text to Speech application. It uses Microsoft's SAPI Technologies to speak whatever you enter into it's text box. We recommend downloading the binary EXE file for installation, but experienced users can download ZIP or RAR if needed. To run the program, you need .NET Framework 4 installed.
