Requirements 
	Toolkit:
		0. Moses Translation toolkit (download from http://statmt.org/moses)
	Perl Modules:
		0. Net::Twitter
		1. Lingua::Identify (Hindi support for Lingua Identify is attached)
		2. XMLRPC::Lite
Steps
0. Train a translation system from english to your language.
1. Start the moses server (default port is 8080) with the trained models.
2. Run ./twitterTranslate 
3. This will return you all english tweets translated as clean text in your language.
