Sorry this took so long, Tucana 2.3 is now out and better than ever

Notes
Warning updating from 1.1 is NOT recommended For now, the old 1.1 ISO still works to install this version, a new iso will be built next week
From now on expect updates every 1-2 weeks, you can use mercury-update to update your system when those come
