The Mercury(Package Manager) Release, over 285 packages including the base system firefox qt xfce thunar gvfs and a lot more (with depend support). Installation is handled by and arch like install process outlined in the wiki
You have to host the repo yourself, it can be done on the same machine with the python http server or even apache or nginx with ssl if you feel up to it.
Removal of packages is being worked on.
