Simply extract "Truly Effective Upsampler.exe", and ffmpeg.exe to the same folder. The main program will run standalone from that location, no installation needed. The only caveat is if DotNet 3.5 isn't already installed on your system, it will automatically download from the Microsoft site. If after installing DotNet, the program erors out and doesn't run the first time, simply try again. Second time's the charm.

To use, simply load a bunch of audio files, hit process, then go to work, eat lunch, shower, go shopping, do laundry, go to bed for the night, et cetera. When you return, you'll have new Hi-Res files.

*PLEASE NOTE*
If ffmpeg is updated to a newer version, it *MUST* be a full build. Smaller builds omit the less used audio filters, including the one at the heart of this algorithm. Using a smaller build WILL result in ffmpeg simply erroring out, and doing nothing.

This frontend was created in Visual Basic 2005 for backward compatibility, going way back.

Version 1.2 adds a Shutdown Computer after Finishing option. More importantly, it adds the ffmpeg limiter filter to prevent clipping. The limiter is set to NOT boost gain, so there's no brickwalling. It simply adds a ceiling at approximately -0.3dB.
