Propagation: program to simulate propagation of ultra-high energy cosmic rays
Detail: see https://arxiv.org/abs/1406.0735 and references therein
Author: Oleg Kalashev (e-mail kalashev[at]inr.ac.ru )

Compilation:
 # cd bin
 # cmake ../src
 # make

Dependences:
  cmake
  g++
  gfortran
  libgsl-devel
  libxercesc-devel

If you don't have root permissions on your machine you may install the libraries in the subfolder "3rd-party" of the src folder

Edit configuration file:
 #cd ../bin
 #./config_editor sample_input/alpha2.4_m4_Emax1e21_Zmax1.xsw

Run simulation:
 #./propagation sample_input/alpha2.4_m4_Emax1e21_Zmax1.xsw

View simulation results:
File results/alpha2.4_m4_Emax1e21_Zmax1/uniform/all contains simulated spectra of all propagating particles.
Meaning of columns:
col 1: energy E in eV
col 2-67 fluxes of particles j(E)*E^2
	col 2: electron
	col 3: positron
	col 4: photon
	col 5: electron neutrino
	col 6: muon neutrino
	col 7: tau neutrino
	col 8: electron antineutrino
	col 9: muon antineutrino
	col 10: tau antineutrino
	col 11: neutron
	col 12: proton
	col 13: deuterium
	col 14: tritium
	col 15: helium
etc.
	col 67: Fe
(different isotopes with the same atomic mass are not currently discriminated in the code)
