This is a utility plugin that lists all themes and plugins installed on a multisite WordPress, and which blogs they are active on. Also lists the themes and plugins that are not active on any blogs. It lists all posts and pages created or updated in the last 24 months (can be changed via a constant at the top of the only code file) per blog. If Gravity Forms is installed, it lists up to 10 form entries (can be changed via a constant at the top of the code file) submitted in the last 24 months from all forms on all blogs.

Adds a Dashboard menu item under the Themes (Network Dashboard) or Appearance (any site/blog Dashboard) section.

I did this really quick to just get the job done, and it isn't meant to be something that stays installed indefinitely. It's a utility plugin to help with maintenance and cleanup tasks.
