.Net TM1 API

This is the wrapper for the Applix TM1 for .Net development. Written entirely in unmanaged c++ then exposed to the Managed c++. Works with TM1 8.0 and 9.0. Most of the TM1 API functions are ported and may require some changes in the environment variables
