Install the .deb file using dpkg -i. This will install binary release
of application and install menu items. For all versions, usr ActiveState
Tcl 8.6, not debian/ubuntu Tcl 8.5.
+ When installing ActiveState Tcl, select /usr/local as the installation
directory. This is mandatory for binary installations.
