Fixes for various, relatively minor issues reported in the last couple days after the HN post:
- Improved performance of a query in the hot path during imports
- Email data source now checkpoints
- Added more languages for Google Maps Timeline export files
- Fixed unnecessary item updating related to time_offset and local time zone
- Fixed an unnecessary error in thumbnail generation
- Slight improvement for hidden file handling on Windows when planning imports
