Thread

With the use of the Boost C++ Libraries: https://sourceforge.net/projects/boost/
thread provides a pre-complied solution to turn a non-threaded Linux command into a threaded program.

It is best used with a no cobbler flag or no overwrite option in the code.

Example run:
$./threaded.sh
choose how many threads
