This patch release stabilizes WebRTC session management for hosted remote access scenarios.

Fixed hosted WebRTC sessions to remain active after ICE connection stalls, preventing premature session termination during network transitions
Implemented peer lifecycle management to track and maintain session state across connection state changes
Added liveness monitoring tests to verify session persistence under adverse network conditions
