Terminay v1.6.2 improves terminal layout behavior during resizing and refreshes desktop build dependencies.

Terminal Layout

  • Deferred terminal activity updates while a Dockview sash is being dragged.
  • Coalesced terminal fit and resize updates during layout changes.
  • Avoided duplicate terminal resize IPC calls when terminal dimensions have not changed.

Links And Previews

  • Routed external link opening through a validated browser opener for window-open and IPC link requests.
  • Updated PDF preview loading for the newer PDF.js API.
  • Expanded Monaco theme token rules used by file viewer highlighting.

Build And Test Compatibility

  • Updated dependencies including Dockview, Electron, React, PDF.js, Vite, Biome, and related packages.
  • Restored file viewer, popout, and built-app end-to-end compatibility checks.
